Getting Ready for Christmas!

Well, it's finally beginning to look like Christmas at the Fentress House! The tree is up, the ornaments and garland are on and when we plug in the lights for the "official" lighting of the tree, no lights! I guess that's what you get for buying a $30 tree! Oh well, we've had it for three years now so next year we are getting a new tree for sure!

As you can see from the pictures, Cody visited the Christmas Tree Farm with his class. They had so much fun. They got to take a hay ride, decorate a Christmas tree and eat s'mores! The weather was windy and cold, but the kiddos had lots of fun!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We hope that everyone had a happy and safe Thanksgiving. We were happy to see some of our family and friends and missed those of you that we didn't get to see. We hope to see you over the Christmas holiday, or at least visit with you over the phone, by email or Christmas card! This is a very busy time of year...Cody and Shelby have field trips, parties and Christmas programs they are getting ready for. We look forward to sharing our holiday memories with you! Cody and Shelby visited the Pumpkin Patch at Sierra Vista Methodist Church last week. It took a while, but we finally picked out the perfect pumpkin!

Thanks to my friend, Alyson, I now have a blog! My pictures are a little out of order - soccer came after the Disney trip - but hey, at least they're all here! I hope you enjoy our pictures! Love to all!
